I was very inspired by a seminar I attended this week organized by Ladies Who Launch. The speaker was Daryn Kagan - www.darynkagan.com. As some of you may know, Daryn was an anchor on CNN for 12 years. She has since created her own site that shares truly inspirational stories.
One of the stories she shared was a site called 29 Gifts. The premise is to challange yourself to give a gift for 29 days. The gift can be anything: something you purchase or even a smile to a stranger. I love the idea! We tend to think that gifts cost money and we can't afford gifts now because of the economy. Why should gift giving season be over? Perhaps if we give more gifts, we will start to receive more. I'm going to sign up - how about you?
