I’m so excited to present this workshop. I’ve presented it in different iterations many times and either personal finance questions arise in the business one or vice versa. I decided to make it a hybrid! These tend to be geared towards freelancers, entrepreneurs, and startups. While they seem different, there are many areas that overlap.
I’m presenting a LIVE FINANCE FUNDAMENTALS FOR ENTREPRENEURS workshop January 29th, 10am-12pm in CT. You can register HERE.
Just some of the areas we will cover:
12-month Revenue Projections
What are your revenue projections for the next 12 months? If you are pre-revenue or making $100,000 or $1 million - this number will really help you strategize how to grow. Make assumptions about how many clients, the various channels and your growth rate.
KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
There are many different numbers to track for your business from prospects, consultations, meetings, social media follows, margins. Let’s figure out which ones are for your business and how to track them.
Complement Each Other
Taking charge of your personal finances means you can focus on growing your business and not stressing about your personal budget or savings. Feeling in control of your professional finances means you are clear about how you are paying yourself and how much you can save and earn.
Financial Statements
No one expects you to generate a profit and loss statement or cash flow statement but know how to read them. This means you know the cash that drives your business, how small or large your margin is, if you need to raise money and much more!
